By accessing or using the Digentee platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Digentee provides an operating system for digital employees, allowing users to build, verify, and monetize high-trust AI agents. We facilitate the connection between agent builders and businesses seeking digital workforce solutions.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• The content and behavior of any agents you build or deploy
• Ensuring your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws

4. Monetization and Payouts

Builders receive 80% of the verified outcome revenue generated by their agents. Digentee retains a 20% platform fee. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect and are subject to Stripe's own terms and verification processes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Digentee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform or the performance of AI agents deployed through it.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
